Negative Super 8 films offer the user the latitude and qualities of professional motion picture film stock with the convienience of Super 8. Negative films generally have good latitude allowing shooting in a variety of conditions. All films require a camera in excellent working order and as these are negative stocks films cannot be projected and can only be viewed after telecine. Kodak Vision 2 200T – 200 ASA (tungsten)

Kodak’s Vision 2 200T tungsten balanced film, utilising its Vision range of film, has remarkable sharpness, an exceptionally fine grain and is suitable for use under a variety of lighting conditions. Requires specialist processing, not included in the price.

Kodak Vision 2 500T – 500 ASA (tungsten)

The Vision 2 500T is a high-speed colour negative film stock (again derived from the Vision range) and has a much larger exposure latitude and sharpness of image resulting in improved highlights, shadows and skin tones. Requires specialist processing, not included in the price.

Kodak Vision 3 500T – 500 ASA (tungsten)

Brand new to Kodak’s stable, the Vision 3 500T is a high-speed colour negative film stock (derived from the Vision 3 range) and has a much larger exposure latitude and sharpness of image resulting in improved highlights, shadows and skin tones. Requires specialist processing, not included in the price.

Pro8mm Pro 8/01 – 50ASA (daylight)

A low speed daylight film with an expansive dynamic range that delivers more detail in shadow areas. This 50 ASA film has 7 full stops of latitude, a fine grain structure and is the perfect film for outdoor action sports, sunny beach photo shoots, in fact just about anywhere that full sun dominates the filming environment. Pro8mm Pro 8/22 – 64ASA (daylight)

8/22 has moderate exposure latitude with a fine grain and is easily saturated with full chrominance. Remanufactured from Fuji Super F 64-D. Requires specialist processing, included in Pro8mm price. Note: a 24 roll minimum order applies.

Pro8mm Pro 8/12 – 100ASA (tungsten)

Arguably the sharpest super 8 film available. Fine detail in both image and colour for very natural reproduction with an extremely fine grainand offers good latitude. An extremely sharp Super 8 film providing fine detail in both image and color for very natural reproduction. Has an extremely fine grain and offers wide latitude.
